From 4 pm, there will be a "Meet & Greet"
on the lawn at the Sailing Club overlooking the Strand,
with complimentary drinks and nibbles for all
competitors and sponsors, compliments of the Breakwater Quays
Development.

After the
day's fishing, all boats can either return to Townsville
or spend the night at the Cape Bowling Green spit with
drinks & BBQ provided at both locations.
There will be a
barge with all facilities including toilets and showers
for the smaller boat crews. The barge will also carry
fuelBoats will be on hand to
commute people to shore down at the spit
